If there's one thing I'll never get tired of baking, it's homemade cinnamon rolls. A classic cinnamon roll will always win, but sometimes you want one that's covered in brown butter frosting, stuffed with berries, or somehow tastes like banana bread. These recipes are all different ways to dress up homemade cinnamon rolls depending on whatever mood you're in that day!

Whether you want something simple for a weekend breakfast or an over-the-top cinnamon roll packed with caramel, streusel, or brown butter frosting, these are some of my favorite cinnamon roll flavors I've ever made.
Glazed Cinnamon Roll Recipe From Scratch

If you're looking for a classic homemade cinnamon roll recipe, this is the one to start with. These rolls are soft, fluffy, perfectly gooey in the center, and finished with a simple glaze that melts into every swirl.
Fluffiest Brown Butter Cinnamon Rolls Ever!

These brown butter cinnamon rolls take a classic cinnamon roll and make it even richer with nutty browned butter throughout the dough and frosting. The flavor is warm, bakery-style, and just a little extra in the best possible way. If you love soft cinnamon rolls with deep caramelized flavor, these are hard to beat.
Caramel Cinnamon Roll Recipe That You Will Not Regret

These caramel cinnamon rolls are for the people who always want extra frosting, extra filling, and extra gooey centers. The caramel melts into the cinnamon swirls while baking, creating the softest rolls with an almost sticky-bun-style finish. They're messy, rich, and completely worth it.
Dulce de Leche Cinnamon Rolls With Brown Sugar Frosting

If you love cinnamon rolls that taste straight out of a bakery case, these are for you. The dulce de leche adds a creamy caramel flavor that pairs perfectly with the soft dough and sweet brown sugar frosting. Every bite tastes rich, buttery, and completely over-the-top.
Chai Spiced Cinnamon Rolls

These chai cinnamon rolls are packed with warm spices like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and cloves for the ultimate cozy breakfast treat. The chai flavors make them feel extra comforting and perfect for fall and winter baking season. They taste like a cinnamon roll and a chai latte combined into one dessert.
Banana Bread Cinnamon Rolls

These banana bread cinnamon rolls combine two comfort food favorites into one recipe. The dough has real banana flavor baked right in, while the filling gives you all the cinnamon sugar swirls you expect from a classic cinnamon roll. They have a caramel topping and my signature butter streusel chunks They're soft, gooey, and perfect for using up ripe bananas.
The Very Best Carrot Cake Cinnamon Rolls

These carrot cake cinnamon rolls are packed with warm spices, shredded carrots, and all the cozy flavors you love in carrot cake. The cream cheese frosting melts right into the rolls while they're still warm, making every bite soft and rich. They're especially perfect for spring baking and Easter brunch.
Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls

These blueberry cinnamon rolls are inspired by bakery-style blueberry muffins with juicy blueberry filling and buttery streusel topping. The berries melt into the swirls while baking, creating soft cinnamon rolls with bursts of sweet blueberry flavor in every bite. They're one of my favorite fruity cinnamon roll variations.
Triple Berry Cinnamon Rolls With Streusel Topping

If you can't decide between raspberry, blueberry, or blackberry, these triple berry cinnamon rolls give you all three. The berry filling pairs perfectly with the soft dough and buttery streusel topping for a cinnamon roll that tastes almost like a berry cobbler. They're bright, fruity, and honestly hard to stop eating.
Whether you love classic cinnamon rolls or want something a little more over-the-top, these cinnamon roll flavors are some of my favorite recipes to make throughout the year. From fruity berry cinnamon rolls to rich caramel-filled versions, there's honestly not a bad option here.

That means they probably need a warmer spot to proof or a longer proof! I like to proof mine with the oven light on with a little hot water in a pan underneath!
